Hello and welcome!  I am very passionate about health and wellness.  I currently work at the local YMCA and am inspired by the hard work of our members and their commitment to living a healthy lifestyle.  My work experience includes positions in Human Resources and Nursing.  I have also devoted much of my time over the past 20+ years volunteering with various community groups.  Experience in these fields drew me to a career where I can be proactive in helping others to make positive changes in their lives. In researching the options available to me, I found the Integrative Health Coaching program at Duke Integrative Medicine to be the most compelling.  It is one of the most rigorous university-level certification programs available and is consistently ranked as one of the top Health Coach programs in the country.  I have completed both the Professional Training and Certification programs.  I truly look forward to hearing from you and helping you realize your optimal health.
