Intro session: Free

30-minute introductory session to learn more about Integrative Health Coaching.  This is an opportunity to learn more about your needs and my approach.

Single session: $60

Pay as you go with one (1) 50-minute session.  Any single session can be applied to the purchase of a 4-pack or 8-pack.

4-pack: $220

Includes (1) 45-minute Personal Health Inventory session.  Three (3) 50 minute follow-up sessions. Email support Monday-Friday

8-pack: $400

Includes (1) 45-minute Personal Health Inventory session.   Seven (7) 50 minute follow-up sessions. Email support Monday-Friday. ​
